DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE?
We highly recommend customers to create an account on our website as it will be more convenient for future purchases. For customers who prefer to purchase without setting up an account with us, you can continue browsing and check out as a guest. Don’t worry, banking details are not saved for security purposes. Creating an account with us merely eases the purchase process so you would not have to key in your shipping details every time you purchase an item on our website.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
- Select ADD TO CART on products you wish to purchase.
- CONTINUE SHOPPING or click on the CART button on the top right to check out once you are ready to make payment.
- Select CHECK OUT
- Key in your complete shipping details accurately. Please ensure STATE & POSTCODE keyed in is accurate.
- The system will display ST&ARD SHIPPING automatically. NO selection needed here. Select PLACE ORDER NOW.
- You will be navigated to the payment page. Select your preferred payment method (Malaysian Credit Card/Online Banking/Credit/Debit Card
- Key in your banking details & select the PROCEED/PAY NOW button.
- Once payment completed you will be redirected to our website.
- Upon order confirmation, we will send you the payment confirmation receipt to your email ID.
- Once we have processed your order & parcel is packed for delivery, we will send you an email with the courier tracking ID for you to monitor your parcel closely.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER CHECKOUT
In the event you accidentally checked out the wrong item, please reach out to us on our Whatsapp @+6017-6552457 on the same day within 1 hour of placing the order. However, if the product has been shipped out, changes to the order is not possible. In the event the new product selected is of lesser value, we will provide STORE CREDIT to contra the amount. Cash Refund is not available for changes
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS/CONTACT INFO AFTER CHECKOUT?
If address keyed in is incorrect, please reach us on our Whatsapp Customer Chat @+6017-6552457 on the same day within 1 hour of placing the order. However, if the product has been shipped out, changes to address is not possible. Please ensure complete address details is keyed in upon checkout. Mydesistyle will not be held liable in the event the parcel is shipped out.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SENT OUT UPON CHECKOUT?
Upon checkout we will process & send out your order within 1 working days. During peak/festive times, we might take a maximum of 2 working days to ship out your order, unless stated otherwise on our website. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email along with the tracking number, You can then click on track my order to track your parcel,
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT STATUS SHOW SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
Yes, we do! Most items if not more designs you see online are also available to pruchase /pick up in store. Refer to the LOCATION tab on the bottom left side on our website for details. Product Information
All products are taken under natural light & studio lights to help display product colour to the closest as possible. However due to light exposure, screen settings, there might be very slight colour variances. All products displayed are taken in our very own studio & are not stock photos.
Product Care
All products are advised to be dry cleaned or handwashed only. Most of our sarees are safe for h& wash, however in certain sarees, colour might run. We suggest doing a patch wash to ensure sarees are safe for handwash, before rinsing them completely. Do not machine wash & do not soak them in water.
