SHIPPING POLICY

At Choli, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. We understand the importance of receiving your purchases in a timely and efficient manner, which is why we have established the following shipping policy:

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping methods or in-store pick up to ensure that your order arrives to you in a timely manner. The shipping options available to you will be displayed during the checkout process, and you can choose the method that best suits your needs.

Processing Time:

Once your order has been placed, we will begin processing it immediately. We strive to process all orders within 24-48 hours, but please allow up to 72 hours for processing during weekends or public holidays (peak periods).

Shipping Time:

Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, Please note that these are estimated shipping times and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and shipping carrier delays.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process and will depend on your chosen shipping method and location. We offer standard shipping rates within Malaysia, and we occasionally run promotions offering free shipping on all orders.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order's delivery status.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer shipping within Malaysia. However, for overseas bulk orders, please contact our store to discuss international shipping options.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE
 
Choli will assist you through the refund process if a product shipped out was incorrect or in the event of defect from manufacturing.  

A request for refund should be made within 48 hours upon courier delivery date. Do drop us a message on our Instagram page or WhatsApp (+6 017-444 6766) along with your order ID/Receipt, picture references of the issue and the unboxing video of the product.

To be eligible for returns, your purchase should be sent back together with its original packaging, unused and unwashed within 3 working days from the date of request of refund. Customer is to provide Choli with the tracking slip upon sending the item back. Choli will not be held liable for items damaged or lost by the courier used during return. 

Please know that Choli reserves the right to conduct a thorough quality check of the returned product before processing the refund. 

*Please note that our refund policy is NOT APPLICABLE to colour variances and material transparency issues.  All product pictures are taken under natural light and studio lights to best display the product colour and material transparency. Minor colour variance may be present due to light exposure/screen settings of different devices, and customer may check with us on these details prior to purchase if unsure. 

**For Men's kurta purchases, please note that an exchange of size is not allowed for online purchases. Kindly refer to the product measurement chart for the perfect size for you. All our Choli Men's Collection come with 2-inch material allowances for a comfortable fit. There is no need to size up. All items are remeasured to the size chart provided prior to shipping to ensure accuracy. If you have any concerns on the sizing please feel free to reach out to us and our team will assist you with the order.

***All products undergo a thorough quality check at our main warehouse prior to shipping. However sometimes due to fabric characteristics, slight irregularities might be present. Choli reserves the right to handle such irregularities on a case by case basis.
 
 
REFUNDS

Refunds for returns are provided in store credit only. Store credit will be valid for 60 days from the date the refund was processed.

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days upon receiving the returned product. 

Note: In the event Choli is unable to resend the same design due to stock unavailability, the customer will then recieve store credit refund or opt for another design. Please note that all sale items are strictly not refundable or exchangeable.
